1. Membership Upgrade Fees

Membership fees at upgraded levels (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are generally non-refundable once access is granted.
However, refunds may be considered if:

  • You were charged by mistake

  • You experienced a technical issue preventing access to the platform

  • You request a cancellation within 48 hours of your first subscription purchase

2. Digital Products & Courses

Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of downloadable products, online courses, and digital resources are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Refunds may be granted only if:

  • The product was not delivered

  • There was a technical error that prevented access

3. Events & Workshops

  • Refunds for paid events or workshops are available if cancellation is requested at least 72 hours before the event.

  • No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

  • If the event is cancelled by us, attendees will receive a full refund.

4. Unauthorized Charges

If you notice an unauthorized or fraudulent charge, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
